Garden Share Scheme

red bullet How does it work?

  • We will gather the names of people who have gardens and people who want to garden and match them up.
  • When we have a reasonable match we will introduce you.
  • Then one person helps the other with their vegetable patch and they share any vegetables grown.
  • No money changes hands, just good will, knowledge, some spade work and hopefully some tasty vegetables and fruit!

There is always something to think about in the garden. So why not contact us now…

  • We are looking for people who would like to get involved in sharing a garden.
  • You could be someone who can’t manage their vegetable patch any longer, or just doesn’t have time.
  • Maybe you’d like to have a vegetable patch in your garden but don’t know how to get started.
  • You could be someone who lives in a flat with no garden but would love to grow your own vegetables and fruit.
Maybe your garden is too small and you would like to have more space to grow your own food.

Contact us..

The Garden Share Scheme has been running for a year now in Romsey and several gardeners have successfully shared gardens. We would like to hear from anyone else who is interested. When we have a match we will go ahead and introduce you.
